Current Projects: Hazardous Waste

The new Hazardous Waste Regulations came into force on 16th July now applying to all wastes listed in the European Waste Catalogue and covering wastes not previously designated as Special Waste. Designated Hazardous Waste must now be consigned on formal consignment notes.

Proposed F-Gases Regulation and F-Gases Mobile Air conditioning Directive. Second reading in the European Parliament due to take place in October, is expected to attract a significant numbers of proposals for amendment.
